Learnership Programmes
At Thandeka, we believe in nurturing potential, and supporting every step of the journey towards a brighter future.
Our learnership programmes offer unemployed learners a safe and supportive pathway to gain valuable skills, earn an allowance, and graduate with a nationally recognised qualification. Similarly, employed learners are given the opportunity to further develop their existing skills or acquire new skills, aiding them to progress either horizontally or vertically.
Whether stepping into the industry for the first time or enhancing existing skills, we guide each learner to help build confidence and open doors to meaningful work.
Our learnership programmes offer businesses a way to invest in the community, foster growth within their teams, and create a workplace filled with skilled, empowered individuals. We are here to support you as a trusted partner in skills development.

Testimonials
Kingspark Manufacturers CC
TVET SA has been providing Kingspark Manufacturers CC with a full-service skills development solution since 2018.
Our company is situated in rural KwaZulu-Natal, and accredited training interventions are not easily accessible to our staff. TVET SA deployed experienced facilitators to our company to implement credit-bearing skills programmes at team leader and operator level, providing our staff with much needed technical and leadership skills. We also enrolled unemployed youth from the surrounding communities learnerships which contributed to our company’s job creation drive.
With TVET SA as our partner we are addressing our company’s skills needs in line with our strategic growth plan.

Cotton Traders
We are delighted to have recently partnered with TVET SA on a range of skills development initiatives for both employed and unemployed learners.
Our experience, to date, has been remarkable; from the energy the learners bring to their theory and practical lessons to the facilitators who have a wealth of knowledge and are more than willing to impart the skills they have learnt over the years.
Working to upskill those who are hungry for knowledge is an opportunity we don’t take for granted. Thank you to all of our partners at TVET SA.
