Our Credentials

Thandeka has been accredited by FP&M SETA since 2003 to deliver full CTFL Manufacturing qualifications at NQF Levels 1, 2, and 3. Recently, we expanded our accreditation to include qualifications from W&R SETA and Services SETA, such as Wholesale & Retail Distribution at NQF Level 2.

Additionally, we are accredited by the Quality Council for Trade and Occupations (QCTO) to offer occupational-based qualifications.

Our Agile Approach

Thandeka’s agile approach to training delivery enables us to offer learnerships and skills programmes nationwide: at our training campus in Maitland, at partner sites, and through blended learning – using virtual classrooms.

Thandeka’s virtual classroom model enables participants from various locations to attend weekly sessions online from their workplaces. This convenient approach saves both time and costs, making learning accessible and effective for everyone.

Partners

Thandeka’s partnerships with industry leaders have set us apart, enabling us to deliver hands-on occupationally-directed training right on the production floor. Our graduates meet evolving workplace standards in manufacturing, a reflection of our commitment to excellence.

Our collaboration with the FP&M SETA has extended our reach across South Africa, bringing industry-aligned learning to diverse organisations, from small community-based enterprises to large corporations, in both the public and private (informal and formal) sectors.

Beyond training, we’re dedicated to uplifting South Africa’s workforce, ensuring that unemployed youth and workers across the R-CTFL sector not only gain skills but find meaningful placements in workplaces.
